Tigard Corporate Center -Tigard, Oregon

Specht Properties, Inc. followed the Tigard Triangle's Design Guidelines in developing the Tigard Corporate Center, a complex of three suburban Class A, two-story office buildings and a four-story parking garage. The project was built on a long, narrow (1,280 foot by 215 foot) "horizontally challenged" site. The office buildings are concrete tilt-up construction and the interior structure is steel framed with metal de king and concrete topping slab. Each floor plate is 20,800 square feet with a total of 122,800 square feet of building area for all three buildings. Each building features a sky lighted, two-story open lobby. Renaissance Holdings Inc. selected the complex as its new headquarters.
